Postgraduate Diploma in Natural History Filmmaking and Communication (PGDipNHFC)The diploma is a one-year qualification that consists of the same papers as the first year of the MSciComm in Science and Natural History Filmmaking, with the exception being that SCOM 470 is substituted for SCOM 495. It is envisaged that this may appeal to those who are a bit longer in the tooth and have already got some industry experience. The MSciComm remains the recommended and favoured route for most, but we will entertain applications for a very restricted number of students to take the PGDipNHFC each year. As part of SCOM 470, students taking the diploma will produce a short film. |
